Quick questions

Who joined Winnow’s new advisory board?
Two hospitality industry veterans, both CEOs of hotel groups. Their names were not disclosed in the announcement, but the board will guide global scaling.
What is Winnow’s AI food waste platform?
It uses computer vision and machine learning to track what food is thrown away in commercial kitchens, helping chefs reduce waste and save money.
How much food waste can hotels cut with Winnow?
Typical reductions range from 40% to 60% within months, according to data from early adopters like Iberostar and Accor.
Does this move help hotels with sustainability goals?
Yes. Cutting food waste directly reduces Scope 3 emissions and operational costs, both key for ESG reporting in hospitality.
