Conversational booking

Conversational booking lets a traveler search, book, change or cancel a trip through a natural-language conversation. When it can complete the operation, the assistant connects the conversation to availability and reservation systems, and to payment services when needed.

Example The traveler asks to move a reservation to Friday and the assistant shows the price difference before confirming the change.
