Innspire has joined the Toast Partner Ecosystem to connect its digital guest platform with Toast POS systems. The integration enables branded mobile F&B ordering across multiple on-property venues: in-room, poolside, and other spaces where guests might want to order food and beverage.
This is straightforward stuff. A guest opens the hotel app, orders from their room or the pool deck, and the order flows directly into Toast. No manual re-entry, no lost tickets. The hotel keeps the experience branded and guest-facing, while the kitchen sees the same order in the same POS they already trust.
What makes this relevant isn't the novelty. Mobile ordering in hospitality is table stakes now. What matters is that Innspire, a guest platform vendor, recognized they needed to play nice with the dominant POS ecosystem rather than build their own kitchen system. That's a sign of maturity in the market. Guest platforms win by delivering convenience and brand consistency, they don't need to own the back office. Toast already does that at scale. The integration acknowledges the real workflow: guest experience and operational truth live in different systems, and bridging them matters more than trying to replace either one.
