## Article

Samsung has just launched **The Frame Hospitality (HL03H)**, its art-inspired TV for luxury hotel rooms in the United States, according to [Hospitality Net](https://www.hospitalitynet.org/news/4134835/samsung-elevates-luxury-spaces-with-the-frame-hospitality-model). It comes in **three sizes: 55, 65 and 75 inches**, and packs three things that matter for hoteliers: art display mode, AI-driven personalization and **LYNK Cloud** for concierge services.

Translated to the corridor: the TV stops being the black rectangle on the wall and becomes part of the room design. A guest walks in, the screen is showing a piece of art instead of a menu of movie rentals, and the concierge layer runs on top of the same hardware. For a luxury property, that is one less device to explain and one more touchpoint you control.

The interesting bit for me is the software. **LYNK Cloud** inside a Samsung screen means the hotel is not just buying a panel, it is buying a channel to the guest. Who manages that content, how it integrates with the PMS and whether it feeds real preferences back to the property, that is where the value sits. The rest is nice glass. For hoteliers renovating suites, the pitch is simple: one screen that does decor and service.
