The third one nobody wants to touch: middle managers. The piece points at a layer of supervisors and departmental heads who get zero structured training on these tools, yet are expected to implement them on the floor. That gap is where adoption dies. My take? Accor has done the hardest part, which is showing scale works. The next win for the rest of the sector is investing in the people who will actually run it day to day.
